Trusted Foreclosure Help was created to support homeowners navigating foreclosure and to help attorneys connect with homeowners earlier in the foreclosure timeline—when guidance, clarity, and timing matter most.

Facing foreclosure on seven properties during the 2006 real estate downturn gave me firsthand experience with the complexity, stress, and financial consequences that foreclosure can bring. Navigating those situations personally forced me to learn how to resolve them strategically and recover financially in the shortest reasonable time.

That experience became foundational. It shaped how I approach foreclosure today—not as a theory, but as something I have lived through and worked through. Ultimately, it led me to focus on helping others who are now facing similar challenges.

I have been a licensed Florida real estate professional for nearly 40 years, with a long-standing focus on short sales, pre-foreclosures, and distressed property situations. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with homeowners to help them understand what is happening, what options may exist, and what practical next steps may make sense based on their circumstances.
